“You have to perceive this time of messiness.
Time of loss and grief.
Scary but what do we do about the Anthropocene then,
what do we do about these problems?
What do we do about the issues we're confronting as activists, as people?
What do we do?
What do we do?
What do I do?
What do we do as people?
How do we face racism?
Climate change on these matters?
How do we face them ?”

“Bell Hooks says rarely if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion. And this communion, this ability to hold the tension of our own wholeness, this ability to hear more notes than just the one that we were conditioned to hear is a radical act of social transformation. It's a radical act of Homecoming, of returning to ourselves as multi vocal being more than this or that, and then in our ability to hold that tension and mediate it within ourselves.”
